To report a wrong key or a stale SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) fact, use the developer support link on the App Store listing of the SSCP practice app for iPhone; Runbook Seven has no mailbox, phone line or form of its own.

What to put in a report

On an iPhone, any “Get the app” button here opens that listing. A report that can be checked in one pass contains four things:

  • The address of the page.
  • The first eight to ten words of the item — item numbers can shift when the log is rebuilt; the wording does not.
  • The option you believe is right and what backs it: a 2025 outline sub-objective, an ISC2 page, a NIST publication.
  • For a fact: the figure on the page, the figure you found, where, and the date you saw it.

A disputed key is solved blind again from the stem and options, the same check described on the about page. If the dispute holds, the key and its notes are corrected or the item is replaced.
